Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Expiry Date Manager mobile application (the "App") operated by nexoDev LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

Expiry Date Manager is a utility application designed to help you track the expiration dates of food, medication, and other perishable items. The App is provided for convenience and organizational purposes only.

2. Disclaimer of Liability (Health and Safety)

The App is an organizational tool, NOT a guarantee of food safety or medication efficacy.

• You are solely responsible for verifying the safety, quality, and condition of any food, medicine, or other item tracked in the App.
• Do not rely exclusively on the App's notifications or dates to determine whether an item is safe to consume or use.
• We hold no liability for any illness, injury, health issue, or damages that may result from the consumption of spoiled food, the use of expired medication, or any inaccurate data entered into the App.

3. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The App stores your entered item data locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal entry data on our servers. For more details on how the App handles device permissions and third-party advertising data, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

The App is provided free of charge and incorporates third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of these advertisements. You also have the option to voluntarily view "Rewarded Video Ads" in exchange for in-app benefits (such as unlocking additional tracking slots).

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of nexoDev LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

6. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall nexoDev LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
